You've probably felt like a discount agent at some point in your career. Today, I'm going to show you how to make a change and take your business to the next level.


If you're tired of being the discount agent who is always working on the lower end of the commission scale, getting less-than-stellar leads, and generally feeling like you're not really cut out for this business...


I'm here to tell you that it doesn't have to be this way!


There are plenty of ways to break out of the discount agent trap and start making a name for yourself in the industry.


MINDSET


First, let's start with your mindset. If you're constantly thinking that you're not good enough or that you'll never be as successful as the top agents in your office, then it's time for a change.


You need to believe in yourself and your abilities if you ever want to achieve anything in this business. Every top agent started out where you are, remember that.


MARKETING


Second, start marketing yourself differently. If you're always discounting your services or working on the lower end of the commission scale, then it's time to re-evaluate your marketing strategy.


There are plenty of ways to market yourself without resorting to discounts or working for less. You could start by focusing on your unique selling proposition or USP. What is it that makes you different from all the other agents out there? Whatever it is, use that to your advantage!



LEAD GENERATION


Third, start working on your lead generation. If you're not generating enough leads, then you're never going to make it to the top.


There are plenty of ways to generate leads, so find one that works for you and stick with it.


BRANDING


Fourth, focus on your personal brand. What kind of image do you want to project to the world? In the online world, this is especially important.


Make sure that your social media presence is professional and that you're putting your best foot forward at all times.


LEARNING


And finally, always be learning. The real estate industry is constantly changing, so you need to make sure that you're always keeping up with the latest trends. Read books, listen to podcasts, and attend seminars and conferences. If you really want to level up, get a coach
